Heel Phobia?

The choice of heels as everyday footwear involves two things; selecting the correct shoe and facing those fears; you know of what I speak....walking, tripping/falling, sore feet and naysayers!

Shoe bloggers typically associate heels with confidence; truth is

"if your not already self-assured, heels won't help"

but some practical information might ... Youtube videos on how to walk in heels; hundreds to choose from but the truth is; you have to take the actual plunge and that takes some confidence!. I recommend watching Miss Naomi, in my opinion the best catwalk model in history; ridiculous!!!! doesn't even describe her walk, over 1 billion views and climbing. Of course the majority of us are just trying to get in and out of the mall without slipping over, am I right? therein lies the inspiration,; anything less has got to be an achievement, right! plus she has had some famous tumbles, gotten up and just carried on - legend!.

As Justine Leconte states (below) it's all about the correct size, our toe shape, foot width and arch. Combine the incorrect size with poorly made shoes and hey presto.....sore feet!.

Now lets deal to "the who does she think she is?" brigade, afterall we are practical flat shoe wearing women who only wear heels to a function. We also dislike "tall poppies"; perceived and in the case of heels, well it's possibly literal!.

Who are you?, you're that babe rocking the heels they may disapprove of but secretly wish they could wear and yes everyone did just take a second look!. Just think, Carrie Bradshaw.....

I'm not afraid of heights, have you seen my shoes?
